Missions

Ok...so a mission is about to be launched and u look at the list of airplanes available and u don't like the selection.  Can u add a plane so u can take part…..and if u can’t is it breaking some kind of etiquette not to officially join and just tag along in u’re favorite ride.  Is there a downside to this???????

Nothing to stop you tagging along, but only the mission writer can add extra planes in.  Downside to "tagging along" rather than being in the mission is you don't easily see who is on the mission (highlighted icons), you don't get to see the Mission text (yellow text only available to participants) and now you don't get to talk on the Mission vox channel to those on the mission.

Of course, if you do tag along, there is always the Room text and Range vox available for communicating with them, and making one the pilots on the mission your wingman (.wingman GameID) will help to keep track with at least one person.  :)
