But they released 6 new planes in the 1.09!
Spitfire I, Hurricane I, Bf 109E-4, Bf 110C-4, Bf 110G-2, and Ki-67.

PYRO: hopefully we'll have at least one more than the five that we've already announced.

SO :p !!

Streak, you and I are agreement as far as perking goes, a witch hunt occured, and the Chog was the victim.  One theory why you don't see the Spit getting the K/D ratio that the Chog is, is its the number 1 plane I hear recommended when newbies come online.  No one ever recommended the Chog for newbies, in fact, you'd die alot in the Chog if you could not handle it defensively.

Anyway, I say that now that the Chog has the extra  400 lbs of weight added to it (that was missing), it should be unperked. Perking it at the time may have been a good choice, but alot of the popularity was due to the Navy(CV's) being new, and "Water World" Map make it an obvious choice to select Navy planes.  Hell, the Tiffy gives me more headaches today than any Chog will, but I digress, some folks went on a witch hunt and found a witch. Time for the Spit to burn at the stake. :D

Edit: I stand corrected, and mentally edit my above post to say "I wonder if they'll perk the Spit if it exceeds 20% of the kills in the MA" :)

Deja! Need some stats! :)

Streak,
lol, sorry about that it all happened so fast!

FDisk,
Yeah, that is exactly how I figured it until this mystery film showed up.  Smells like something funny is coming out of the skunk works.

Its Wednesday afternoon, kinda slow around HiTech Creations.
The camera pans the server room where HiTech and Pyro are sitting in lazy-boys drinking a beer.

HiTech: "Sure is slow today, hand me another beer Pyro"

Pyro: "Sure" Pyro rises slowly from the chair and walks over to the walkin cooler to get two more beers. In the process he trips over the extension cord for the servers. Pyro returns with the beers and passes one to HiTech.

HiTech: "Thanks, Say seems kinda quite in here all of a sudden"

Pyro: "yep" both look around and spot extension cord unplugged from wall socket and notice lights are out on servers.

HiTech takes a swallow a beer, " What do ya think?"

Pyro "About what?"

HiTech: "The server."

Pyro: "Ah just leave it unplugged for awhile, make em think we're loading that new spit14 you where flying last night. It'll get their panties all in a bunch."

If it is not a troll, then Spit 14 is coming in one of the next patches. Icons are stored on the local computer, if you see them, it means they are already in the code.

Too bad we can't use the old WB Me-163 trick with the upcoming planes. :)

Anyone remember that?  What a treat for a few days. :)

I also remember hitching a ride with DETH as the 262 was tested in the WB MA for the first time.  Ahhh, we were so young then.

So, here's a dweeby question you've all been asking inside, but nobody had the guts to spill it out :D ...

 ...

"Anybody who had an encounter with this Spit14 have idea on how it performed in turn category??" :)
