Who knows when it began. Who really cares. It's grown quickly and with it's quick growth it has gotten totally out of control.

Children will believe a cartoon represents people??

I'm sorry, I was raised on these cartoons. I didn't think Sylvester the cat was anymore representative of cats than I thought Marvin the Martian was representative of aliens.

People are so fuggin dumb these days.

Nothing new here. There are plenty of cartoons that are not shown any more because of racial/social considerations.

Actually Udie, you ever noticed that it's really never the cops that catch the criminals on "cops"?

It's funny as hell, they pull over and haul bellybutton out of the car and get a good 20 feet in front of their car before they slow down and the camera man burns 'em.

The end of a foot chase usually ends with the camera man hovering over the criminal while the criminal is hiding under some bush trying to hide from the big ol' camera light and then the cops finally show up after about 30 seconds.

They should just give the camera men the badges and guns, they'd get all the criminals and have the entire thing on film. :)
