Sorry, but my site is down until QWest figures out the problem with their DSLAM.

I did take the oportunity to add the K/D sorting for each individual category... someday you may be able to see it.

And Hazed, I plan on doing the Top 10 pages again... just waiting on HTC to help coordinate some things.  When that happens, I'll do pages for all tours up till now... and they'll be quite a bit more inclusive than they used to be.

S!
I sure would like to see your stats up again. THERE would be something to aim for (for those who's interested of k/d's anyway). It was also interesting to see what planes folks actually flies :)
Good job dejavu and I really hope HTC could bring the answer.

EDIT: Oh and I managed somehow to get my prettythang there too in 109G-2 & P-47D-11 and I'll remember it for the rest of my life :)

Midnight Said:
Amazing.

The P-51D is second on the list of overall kills.

Top of the list for bomber kills

Second in fighter kills

The strange part is, I still seem to think that I see more Spits, LA7s and N1Ks than P-51s combined.

From what I can tell Midnight, the P-51 is an expert's plane. It is hard to fly, it's hard to dogfight, it's hard to shoot down opponents, and when in the hands of a competent pilot, it is a lethal machine.  Given the number of aces who fly the P-51 in our arena, (yeah -  even you Hangtime) the numbers IMHO reflect a small number of pilots who rack up a few thousand kills.

It's not that everyone is flying the P-51D, it's the fact that those who are flying the 51 are flying it well.

no, you see more spits than P-51s because there are 4 models that carry the SPIT icon, one of which is usually the top killer, and another that is in the top 5.  You can also instantly tell the difference between a D pony and a B pony, but usually you have to get a little closer to the Spits to pick out the color schemes.

As for only experts flying the P-51...  How come it's got basically the same K/D ratio as the Spitfires which are flown by newbies?  So there have to be lots of newbies that die in the Runstang to make up for the sparkling K/D that aces in the Pony must have.   That and last tour, the P-51D accounted for 2 of my 10 Spitfire Mk I kills.  ;)  I know none of you hot Pony riders would have ever let a Spit I get ya!

Be careful Vruth, you're starting to sound like those leather wearing LuftWobble "experten"!   :D

Deja,

Ok, this may be a stupid question, but what application are you using to run the queries?  Microsoft Excel web queries do not work with the HTC web site due to how it is retrieving the data.  Unless there is a catch that I haven’t found.  Everything I have found for the Excel queries wants to reference the query information in the http address.

So, is it something you designed yourself?
Something off the shelf you purchased?
It can be done in Excel and either I do not have a robust version or just not finding the directions?

Can ya help a desktop dunce out? ;)

All data you can view is done via a web querry.  You just need to figure out the web adress and switches to use with the querry.  Its all right there on the scorepage.

Another thing to try would be to save the web page and see if the macros save with it.
