I love seeing people make ridiculous statements and, surprised by the response, pretend everyone else is at a fault for being offended. It's not political correctness. It's decency.

Would a similar 'troll' about, say,  Sept. 11th been just as funny? Or is that too close to home?

Well - so the joke was "bad."  I dont think it warranted the rash of hostility tho.  Lighten up some - again, the same people everytime just looking for an excuse to squeak.  Its kind of sad.

While tasteless..... It does point out an obvious problem.   How many of us have watched the same guy in a P47 take a header into the CV 4 times in a row untill he finally suceeds?
