Pastrami and Swiss, with Mustard Pickels and Olives. I wish I had a joke or a troll, but sandwiches are far to serious a part of my life.

Yeah, SikBoy, I agree. There are some issues that are too serious to troll or make jokes about, and sandwiches and beer are among those. Thanks for showing such sensitivity.

There's a deli here that serves a Pastrami Sandwich with cream cheese and a strip of bacon on it. Man o man, it is too good. Plus they have Mendocino Brewing Co.'s Eye Of The Hawk on tap, of which there is no finer ale.

swiss cheese, liverwurst, olives and roast beef in roasted white hoagie bread and bacon bits inside.

Nothing beats that.

Well, you can 'go for broke' ala Dagwood, or keep it simple. One of my favorite 'simple' sandwiches - Good hard italian salami - Fontina cheese - mayo (good mayo..never ever use  Miracle Whip or fat free mayo) on any good crusty italian bread.

Now I'm hungry!!!!

Sorry Homey, but any or all the ingredients of that sandwich sound optional to me ;)
