Sorry for the mixup.
I asked Pyro to set Perk values and ENY values, but he didn't get my e-mail till today. When he reset those, the aircraft in the Arena were also reset, and just about everything became available, including no-perk 262's.

Anyway its back to where it should be, perks are active.
