Seems like v1.10 is more geared towards the Pacific theatre so maybe v1.11 will be geared towards the European theatre? Be nice to have the He111, Stuka, Wellington etc so we could have an early european scenario such as Blitzkreig.

Dont forget about the great fights over Charlie Wonkas Chocolate Factory.  We need to have fair representation here.

Very difficult to break with tradition and produce a serious reply to a 1.11 thread but...

1) I'd like a method of using the current auto-fuel-tank-selection feature but be able to control how it is done.  At a minimum I'd like at least to be able to say which is emptied first.  My ideal system would allow, on a per plane basis, to specify where in the airframe I would like the CG kept.  My suggested interface is simply a sliding scale with "fwd" on one end and "aft" on the other.  The auto-fuel-tank-selection choose the tank to empty based on this scale.

2) I'll let Cajun speak for me as to which planes would be nice for 1.11.

Given the number of new planes that are out now which I still haven't gotten around to flying...if I had a vote I'd say hold off for a release on introducing new planes and give us a bunch of new maps.

Of course if the maps aren't ready: TB-29A, B-24J and B-25J (in that order of preference) for bombers and an F7F-3P "Tigercat" or F8F-2 "Bearcat" for figher/attack.

While I'm at it, how about something to eat up some of my vehicle perks.  A "tiger" or maybe a V2 on a mobile launch pad. :-)

Zipity, there will always be new vehicles in every release, because HTC has their work compartmentalized. HiTech and Ronni do the programming...Pyro, Superfly and Natedog do the planes and terrains.... Yankee runs the place.... and Aurelius does the tech support. So there will never be a release without planes or improvements to the actual gameplay.

For 1.11, I'd like to see HTC either continue with the mid-late Pacific planes and vehicles:

Ki-43, A6M-3, P-38F/J, P-39D, B-25H/J, Beaufighter, Ki-84, G4M, H8K2, IJN CV.

Or, switch gears to the Eastern front:

TU-2, JU-87B/G, Yak3, Mig1, I-16, PE-2, HE-111, T-34

I agree banana. A P-47N would be a nice addition to a later stage Pac plane set ;)

If I had to guess where HTC might go in 1.11, rather than say what I myself would prefer, my guess would be Russian front.  After the next release there will be enough to at least have functioning PTO and Western ETO ops, which only leaves the Russian front in need of attention.  However the beauty of addressing this area is that you can sneak stuff in that could be useful for other purposes.  My guess is we'll finally see the Stuka, maybe a Russian medium or heavy bomber, another Luftie bomber, and a couple of Russian fighters--maybe even new GVs as well.

They seem to be following a definite plan, and systematically strengthening areas as well as bringing in new features.

I would like to see a P-47N sometime, too. :)

But I always prioritize around scenarios and TOD's, hence I think it could wait a few releases.
