Awe, shucks, guys. (blush) Originally came here for the flying, but got sidetracked. Call me a "defense specialist" or a "tower squatter" but there's something real satisfying about catching someone in a sneak attempt for an easy base capture, or to sneak one in on them. Gonna swear off vehicles soon, though, and learn to fly them fancy air-chines.

Heh, I don't dare to name names, because I have a very bad memory and would be bound to miss a *lot* of people I really respect.

I love and respect the fun loving, easy going low scoring dweebs as much as I admire the impossible-maneuvers dude like cit, hristo etc.

Gotta give great credit for rip and az from JG2 for keeping me in the G10, and to Hristo for teaching me how to fly the damned thing. To all the great knights who've patiently ignored my rants, songs and ravings, and *still* protected my 6  .

And to my squad for being the coolest one in AH  

Beside the ones that've been mentioned, guys like eskimo, RAM, naso and the other Italians are neato too  .


Overall, this community is pretty awesome, and I've learned to ignore those elements who aren't worthy of my attention (and that's not many  )

The Buccs are a great squad to fly with, which Im lucky to be a member of.

It would be easier for me to list the guys I dont respect, much, much shorter list

You to Fishu(####) Always a great fight! Lots of guys from DOA to remeber, some that come to mind, Kieren, Mighty1, TRM(TRiMmer), Bullzi, Tshred(TS), Mark, Momoa, HO, and brother KO, Blueice, Vladd, Beta communities are so cool.

I'd like to note first that the sim goes far beyond ACM... and scores. There's some oustanding pilots here; yes.. and since I'm looking at this from a satisfaction point of view instead of a popularity contest, I have a few names to add to this list...

What I guess I'm trying to say is that the guys we all fly with and against all should be on this list.. and the first guy I'm gonna name that ain't up here already is TOWD...

... now pick yer jaws back up and consider what makes for a great fight is having a guy in the other plane that wants yer head on a platter, yesterday. TOWD will come back for your throat no matter what the odds.. and he's not too shabby a stick to boot. <S!> TOWD.. yah miserable bum.

On the map savvy, 'damn, he's defending, there goes the milkrun' list I can't believe Cobra, Sniper and Cavey got missed..

Then there's the guys that should yah run across them at alt, yer in trouble. Fariz, Kbman, Kieren and Cavey again...

But high on my list for big trouble in any tight spot in the sky are Mitsu, Torque, Hblair Udie and Citabria. Possibly the best all around killers in the sim.

There are dozens of others, some I hunt just because I'll get a damn good fight, they retain superb SA and will ALWAYS do their damndest and the hell with the odds (I wing with some of these guys for the same reasons).... My picks as the best pilots in anything at anytime or place (in no particular order).. Zigrat, Udie, Berserker, Hblair, Wardog, Coyo, Toad, PC, Yeager, Citabria, StSanta, Hristo (the braggart  ), RAM, SAW, Weazel, StEx, Ammo, Camel, Verm, Lephturn, Sox, SCDuckwing, Nash ... there are dozens more.. who can list them all? Any of these guys will strip yer undies off in a tussel and you'll wonder how they did it fer weeks.  

Finally.. here's a short list of the best damn wingmen in any sim anywhere, anyplace... anytime. Bear in mind my picks here are prejudiced.. I used to fly with them every night for months...  

Thunder, Beemer, Yeager, Toad, Nexx and PC. Salute gents.. you are the best of the best. I guess I'd have to add Rude here too.. just because I love to steal his kills.  

A second salute to Thunder... just because he deserves it. <S!>

As always.. I find the adversarys in this sim to be most worthy and competent when flyin.. not typin.  

Lastly; my vote fer the only gentleman pilot in this gawdamned sim, a good stick, no swelled head, just good flyin, always there for his squaddies, his countrymen, he gets my vote fer a cold beer in his hand forever; a guy thats always got a smile fer a flamefest and pokes us all in the right direction when we stray on line or off..

Swager. Salute, bud. And thanks for makin this sim more enjoyable for all of us.

There are too many pilots that it admire and respect to list. MarkAT comes to mind because he always helps and is a great pilot. Hangtime,HiTech,Heater and Ice are great 51 drivers and I love to wing them. I admire Fishu.. (believe it or not!   )for his flying abilities, SA, and choosing his fight. Mistu, Hristo, Lephturn, Torque, Fariz, Camel, CavemanJ, Zigrat, Citabria, hblair,Udie,Vila, RAM, Weazel, Joemud, aper, Pongo, FunkedUp are great sticks. But I have to say one Pilot I respect "greatly' is a newer guy to AH but an old veteran to flight sims. That pilot is "DREX"! He pick his fights, flys into what looks like overwelming odds and flys away clean with multiples heading to a firey grave! Creamo.. for just being Creamo!   PapaFox.. one of the best pilots for precision acrobatics. And of course the intire 13th TAS Sqadron! There so many others I am sorry for not mentioning

Man so many different personalities.
I prefer the word respect to admire.
Guys that have stand out of the crowd:
Manuver and sa skills. Of the people I have fought more than a few times I have to give that to Frenchy. No matter how well I set it up. How carfull I am or how many friends I bring. Frenchy shows me the door every time. And there is no warping sillyness, no spraying head on nothing that cant be explained simply by supperior skill.


Leaders.
Well Zigrat of course. Caveman. Cobra.  I dont think it takes leadership to set up a vulch, the best leaders bring the goods and the pilots to make shure there is no vulch.

Playing this game the way they like it. Wolf, TOWD. Lots of bad guys there too but its easier to pick out the friendlies for that one.
Flexibility, reliability best wingman. My Buddy Soda. Excellent stick, excellent fighter, excellent bomber. Plays smart. What do you need. He will bring it and succeed if at all possible.

Most dangerous guy to attack.
Gota still go to the blue hog of torque. Man I hate to lose a fight I start out with the advantage in. But that is my usual experiance with torqy. Very thick skin too..

Best squad attacks. Muskiteers
Best squad cohesion. FDBs. These guys belong together!

Best squad to fly with Wrecking Crew!

Guys I miss the most. Bull, RedStar, NineZ.
