My source is
The Great Book of World War II Airplanes by Crescent Books.
There are about 8 different authors as the book was originally published in 8 separate volumes.
The data I have

332 Mph at sea level
350 Mph with MW 50 boost
465 at 29,860 (748km at 9100m) with MW 50
472 mph at 41,010 (760km at 12,500m) with GM-1 boost.
I only see a 5km difference in these figures and those in the chart just presented for 12,500.
I would settle for an honest 470 mph at 41,010.
