Got the test results in last night from the shoulder biopsy.  No cancer there :D :D :D :D  So it was just a big nasty hairy purple/black mole after all :D  Got stitches for nuthin!

One more "procedure" to go through :(  19th of July I go under the knife again and hopefuly I'll still have a deep voice afterwards! ;)

Thanks for all the well wishes dudes!

Whew! Very glad to hear that, Udie. I had a scare with my heart earlier in this year, and was eventually diagnosed with a chronic, treatable, non-fatal condition that I take daily medication for.

Funny how precious life becomes when you may be facing something that could shorten it, isn't it? :)

tell the chicks the stitches are from a bullet hole.  it sounds way cooler than the Dr. cut off a mole.

Yeah plus then I can tell her about the "exit wound" and see if she wants to see it too! :D

I like it! That surgery I'm having on the 19th is the exit wound yeah that's the ticket!

Seriously, a buddy of mine works tidying up a large health clinic and he has access to all those bits and pieces from biopsys and other procedures. He gives this recipe:

Into a large pot he adds approximately one pint of the yellow liposuction fat and up to 2 lbs of the larger skin tags, warts, moles, and cysts - more if you are cooking for more than 6 people. Add onion and your favorite veggies, cover with saline solution and let simmer until tender.

Note: My buddy gives this caveat: Don't just throw these meaty pieces into the pot. Carefully wash and pat them dry. Cull out any hemorroids that you may find. They may look deliscious, but they give your stew an off color, muddy taste that won't be appreciated. :p

uh, just kidding :)

Udie, I've had squamas cell carcinoma removed from my face. It was no big deal. A friend has these things removed every year. It is very routine. Hope your other procedure is as easy.

Guys... you're missing the point.  Udie may not have skin cancer... but he is going to have someone slice his sacks and cut stuff inside.
