A problem I am having with the update is it's locking up my puter. So far it has happend twice, I was flying around and went to look left (it might have been back, left) and everything froze, all I had was the engine sound and a frozen image of what I last looked at. It was in MA with the Desert terrain. Both time I had looked left when it froze. The only way I can get out of it is to pull the power plug.

Corrs this happened to me 3 times in the last 5 days prior to the 1.10 release.  I think its a server issue.  After about 3-5 seconds it unfroze and I was flying again.  Just a guess.  But I don't think its exclusive to the 1.10 update.  >>>S<<< GOODHUNTING!:cool:

in previous versions i would have the 3-5 second freezes.....but all would go back to normal....but now......after 15mins.......to a few hours.......i get either.....a weird disconnect......in which all the other planes sit still in midair in one place....or.....my puter completly freezes......and then i have to pull the plug....and do the stupid 15 minute system scan.......today ive done this three times already......and its just not acceptable

Exact seem happend to me and squadie after destroying a formation of B17's. Switching to view back left to watch the remains hit the desert floor resuleted in a total system freeze. Had to re-boot to get things back up and running. When I logged back on squadie said exact same thing happend to him.

This was on first day of 1.10 release, hasn't happend since. I put it down to the server overloading.

Having this problem myself... AH would lock after about 15-20 mins. I was hosting a game in H2H, on "Shuffler's FFA", in fact I hosted 3 times yesterday, then I stopped, because of all the lock ups.

It happened to me too Tonight!!Pc crashed when flying in middair!!!Had to Reset PC!@!

HT has to do smthing to fix it!!

I had everything freeze last night too.... had to hit the reset button in the end, as nothing else worked.  I can't remember if I looked to the left, but I might have done.  I do remember I had the clipboard up at the time and was in a Lancaster.

Same problem here. It has happened twice since 1.10 came out, once while I was in the position 3 gun view of a panzer, and once while I was gunning on a CV. It's a hard lockup, frozen view with continual sound, and I have to reset the computer.

Mine locked up for the first time ever online, right after patch 1 (but films started locking up right after 1.10 patch 0).  In the MA, it froze when I was in a tight left turn (with slight tunnel vision) and someone started speaking on the radio.  I still heard my engine, and the person's voice went into a loop.

We're trying to  get some answers on another thread but I have the problem too.  Happens to me every few minutes now. Had the problem in he last update too. Check thread board. I've been after HiTech tech support for 3 months now on his issue.

having same probs, screen freezes , have to reboot computer , thia NEVER happened till the new version came out.   With this many complaining , it sure as hell  needs fixed:mad:

Guys,
See the posts on the BUG reports section.  Many of us have felt your pain and I for one have felt it tons today.  Seems as though alot of it is when you roll in on buff formations.   Screen freeze, continuous sound, must reboot computer.  Never had problems before the patch.

Spoke with Matthew at HTC today and emailed him the film of the latest crash.  If you have a chance film your flights and if you FREEZE please send it to them so they can trouble shoot it.

I know this is frustrating but please send it to them.  If you film just send the lastest one...that will be the crash one...and yes it does film it.  Hope this helps us all.

I dont have any saved films yet but this has happened to me several times and in the same situation everytime.
I'll be behind within 800 and closing into a shallow dive and slight turn left. When I reach to within 500 and ready to fire ............................. ............................. ............................. ........
well thats where the story ends everytime I get a lockup ... I remember every one  cause I usually  jump up cussing at my computer...

I am now having the same screen freeze up problems.  However, My problems did not start until the MA went back to the old terrains.  I did notice that my screen freeze up occurs when I look left or bank left.  This last one occurred when I banked left and dove on a formation of B-17s.  Screen froze up when I got within 800 yards of the aircraft.
