I was wondering the same thing... well they have opinions <cough> that need to be shared <cough> and we just dont understand them <cough>

Of coarse I remember you. My time with the skulls holds many of my fondest memories in AW, it is truly nice to hear from you again after all this time :)

Gypsy Baron I can assure you I can take care of myself and we can continue talking about your habits to do things against common sense later but right now I'm little busy.
I have a friend here and I need to take care of her first.

And I'm not gonna film it this time...

I just found this thread and then clicked the link after reading most of it and I'm sorry, but I was cracking up at some of the terms coming from the translation.

GB, you'll soon learn but it seems to me there is an inside-joke around here about how Kurt Tank invented or created everything.

I'm reminded of a story where cartoonist Gary Larson got several hate-mail letters describing the distaste of a comic regarding Jane Goodall.  I believe one person purported to knowing Ms Goodall herself and stated she was very upset.  But it wasn't true and when Goodall did see the comic, she enjoyed it and thought it was funny.

(I hope I get an "Aardvark Ass" in the translation of this.)

Just for your clarification...I was here before you were...so STFU.

Blasphemy? Hell yeah!  Unsophisticated? You bet.
But it's more absurd than insulting.  And frankly, I've seen a helluva lot more absurd posts masquerading as meaningful in the last two weeks than I can stomach.
Heck, I wouldn't have even followed the thread if had hadn't seen GB's reaction.  I saw that and my reaction was "here goes these AW kids again, trying to stir up trouble, like they have 30 times in the last week".
How was I to know Ol' airing the orchid didn't mean what he said about "Gamahutchin?"
Hell, even those of us who've never played AW recognize that this is an emotional time for AW fans -- I mean I'd longed to play AW since I read about it in 1988, but I never was on the right side of the hardware curve.   But they shouldn't forget that we're feeling the shock waves too.

Curious...would you be pissed if someone took a heartfelt post from maybe HiTech and ran it through the garbage and posted it here?

Oh that's right...this isn't Airwarrior...so it's fair game right? Why don't you ask HiTech to name the top 10 people that he respects in the flightsim community and see if BB doesn't show up on that list...
