Mission planner (please Pyro, read)

Pyro, this is an SOS...

Since the day you say in the 1.3 vers. will be a mission planner, i start to wondering and guessing how this holy think will work.

In front of me was my dream realized: the funniest think in off-line simulators, mission stuff, realized in an on-line sim, where each component of the team is manned and not ai controlled (sometime the ai squads act so stupid  ).

After the first week, this become a nightmere, i stop sleeping  , thinking and guessing "will work this way, no... that way".

Now the R-day is coming, but my human resistance is ending too, so i ask you:

Can you please give us some anticipation about how this system will work? (sort of interface structure screenshot).

You'll have a list of planned missions?

It's possible to specify the type of plane for each role, and/or change it?

Each squad have a task to perform, and performing it will give score awards?

You can assign different task for each waypoint?

And so on...

I know, you are tired of all of us pushing and pulling on you, asking for news, improvements, new planes, but just a little effort, asked for an adducted to your work...

Anyway, HTC team, this is my first online sim experience, but i think you've done a good work, and i'm sure you will surprise us a lot more.

Another think i have to say is about the community, the side effect (mean somethink?) of this sim, has been for me the discovery of a new amazing world, and i like it a lot, even the whines, the flames and the trolls.

p.s.
If you dont answer me, i'll call WWF and Greenpeace, because i am an endangered species (still did'nt found miss naso), facing extintion, you are warned.

Naso,

My GUESS is that it will probably work similarly to the mission planner in AW3.  Basically, an individual creates a briefing room which other individuals then join.  The one creating the mission then creates the strike package consisting of groups of planes, waypoints and loadouts and then assigns those individuals in the briefing a specific plane and flight.

Everyone whos joined in sees an overhead map of the arena and any of the waypoints set up for them.

Dunno if this one will have it but the planner in AW3 had the option of sending everyone into the correct planes and loadouts right onto the runway.  Once you were in your plane, there was an indicator which told the direction of the next waypoint.

Was pretty neat for squadnites and scenarios.  Kept everyone on the same page of music.
