Thats sort of a broad request.
First of all, have you completely read the help file from beginning to end. Not being funny here. I bet the answers to 80% of questions most people have are there right in front of them. Not all but most.
If after reading the help and experimenting a little yourself, you still have trouble, I would suggest doing a search on this topic for keywords concerning the specific problem your having. There are 2 years of posts stored here and there is a 99% chance that if you question isn't covered in the help file, then it prolly has in a previous post here at some time in the last 2 years.
If its not in the help file, and you can't find anything from a forum search, if you post a specific question I or someone more knowledegable will be glad to try and answer it.
