My Grandfather on my mothers side lived to 97.
My Grandmother on my mothers side lived to 94
My Grandfather on my Fathers side lived to 93
My Grandmother on my Fathers side is still alive (94) and very healthy.
I had a great uncle that lived to 101.
One thing they all had in common. Meat and Potato's their whole lives. Butter, and lots of it. No heart problems, no Cancers. Nothing.
Now, I'm not argueing that Medical Science is wrong and they were right, just stating that foods don't all digest and get processed the same in everyone.
