Well said.
We stopped an AK raid one night just 'cuz HB was quick enough to notice a dar bar flash a couple times in a sector, so we upped from the field they were obviously headed to, and caught the AKs inbound and so low they was mowing grass on the way in, we had one guy loop around the furball to hunt the goon that hadda be trailing the raid. 'Voila! Prevented the base capture. No spys required.
On a side note about spying, systems are cheap enough now that a person could get dual computers, dual accounts and dual ISP connections to AH. It's not unheard of for people to have more than one account.
It would be easy to have one system setup aligned for one country and another one setup for a different country. Totally legal method of spying.
But before ya'll start the dweeb hunts, lemme remind youse guys of a little incident.
Not long ago Ripsnort had another account for his son GMAN, and a few people accused Rip of spying using said account.
Now, no amount of explaining how his son was the only one using that account would squelch the whiners, so Rip ended up cancelling the "GMAN" account to end the spy whines, thus a few members of the AH community ruined a 5 year olds' fun.
Worried about spys?
Simply don't announce the mission outside of your squad.
