HTC should automatically place players on teams as soon as they log into the MA for the first time, and make sure the time zones on each team are about even

And exactly how would that occur when there are country-specific squadrons?

The AK's rotated every month for a long time. Can't say I noticed any difference among the three. Don't even know why Curly wanted to stay Bishop.

If I had to guess, it'd be because Bish have fewer prettythangh*les. Not because he doesn't like them, but because he likes to make them whine.  :D

Basically, all countries are clones of one another...the winner is the side with the numbers.

End of story. :)

Wrong.  No longer a ROOK but I know when ROOKS decide to get the job done they do it much more quickly and effectively than the other two.  Yes, they have numbers during those times but no more than the other side does "at other times".   Day to Day... ROOKS, well.. they suck at everything but furballing.  But when they get it together.... it is good.

Please do take a wild guess why Bishops would have less number of whiners and prettythangholes, or people who would not be in any other state then "content" when it comes to numbers.

Are the people that are whining about this string of posts routinely outnumbered?  Nope

Are rooks aways outnumbered?   Nope

Are rooks outnumbered more often than nites or bish? Yup, without a doubt.

Does it take the fun out of this $15/month account?  Yup, especially in the afternoons.

Can we do anything about it?  Nope

Life goes on

Whine? Wrong word, bud. FACT!

I just don't fight Bishops or Rooks enough to note their behaviour.

But, Rip, I give you a 2.3 on attempted rebuttal. Lame.

Seems to me last night on my TWO sorties the bish had 160 some odd fields.  We took two of them on two sorties.  I can care less about whiners in the three countries.  EVERY country has it's whiners.  EVERY country!

What matters to me most is how fluid our squadron is, lately clockwork.  Which is good, we captured 78 last night the only opposition, a lone Bish player who instead of possibly saving the base by upping a plane, got into a M16.  Field was captured within minutes.  Hmm.  If I had the choice what would I want?  Whiners or fluid teamwork?  I'll take getting reset and squadron teamwork and efficiency any day of the week.

So what you're saying that your whole squadron was milkrunning undefended fields, with ph33r of one opponent actually upping a plane to stop you? Heheh..

I guess different people have different ideas of fun. Hint: You can do the same offline without worrying about even that 1 bish.

I love using quote now that I have figured it out...anyway. No Hussi, normally we do not milkrun, but going against 30 red icons get's tiresome, not that you would know anything about that anymore now would you. By the way, how are you enjoying offline play?

It wasn't fear on our part it was STUPIDITY on the defender's part.

I've come to a realization here Hussein:

Well, I wouldn't sweat it too much.  The Knights are about to lose the Pizza map to the Bishops.  The Knightland downfall actually started yesterday at 5pm Eastern US over the furball cauldron of airfield 108 when 2 carrier task forces failed to capture the base due to (a) enemy spawn point just outside city limits that allowed them to continually resupply the town, (b) reluctance on the part of the other Knight flyers to take down the fighter hangars, which allowed the Bishops to simply launch LA-7s to blow past the F6F fighter cover and pop the goons coming from the inland bases, and (c) Knight inability to land troops from the carrier because the LVTs get bogged down on the beach because of a bug in the terrain - the incline for the hill starts in the water, so when the LVTs get to the beach, the cabin is actually BELOW the terrain, which causes the player to be unable to get in position #1 to do any driving AND causes the LVT to simply spin in circles. Lost 2 LVT players that way.

I've been a Rook for long enough to realize that there are some unassailable constants about rookdom:

1) We hate organization and Leadership
2) We lovvvvvvve to furball (especially at center island)
3) Stra-te-gery? Whats that?

I'm used to it by now, I expect to be fighting with at least 2 to 1 and often 3 or 4 to 1 ratios. But can we finally dismiss the concept of some kind of anti-rook conspiracy? The truth is our style of gameplay is the least conducive to player retention of all three countries, either we change or we learn to live with consistently having the lowest numbers, and the chances of us changing are slim indeed.

The rule of thumb for Rooks:
Learn to love being the underdog, or move to the sensible teams.

Hey I've learned to be content - and I can't even remember the last time I got perks from a reset.
