I think we maybe know where some WW2 UFO storiers came from. Was supposed to be very hard to detect by radar.

Interesting side note, yet not really off-topic, is the fact that Kenneth Arnold's "flying disk" sighting near Mt. Rainier in 1947 contains a near exact description of the Horten Flying Wing. The artist rendering below was created from his description of the aircraft. The second image is the Horten Ho 229 (sometimes referred to as the Gotha Go 229)

Compare the two images.

I find it interesting that this looks like something we Americans would build some 60 years later. Those Germans had some smart guys on the payroll back then. They had just started a production run contract for 229 or these planes when the factory was captured in 1946. Quite a revolutionary design - and they could evidently fly without the "fly by wire" system our planes of such a configuration require today.

Not something appropriate for the skys of AH but another most interesting side note of the war.

( I would add I would most like to see the restoration when finished - I don't suppose they would dare try to fly it though
