I'm kind of surprised that no one mentioned Tombstone. I know I know, hollywood treatment and all that... however. The scene is taken shot for shot from Wyatt Earps testimony on the matter. Everything that Earp mentions in his court testimony is included in the scene. It's "realistic" in that sense.

"Flying Leathernecks" was a good WWII air combat movie. Had F4fs, F6f Hellcats, Corsairs also and lotsa color footage from real gun cameras and starred of all people John Wayne. The combat scenes really showed the violence of AirCombat in the thick of it. It was much better than "Flying Tigers" which I thought only had some cool scenes of the P-40s when they landed etc... The combat scenes in FT were goofy.

if you enjoy WW2 history...Def get some copies of the 10 part series of Band -of Brothers....

The parachute drop is insane!!!

I only hope we can get graphics liek that of tracers and such shooting thru  clouds...

Did any of you guys ever see "way of the gun"?   It's well worth seeing... done by the guy who did "the usual suspects".

Hamburger Hill was based on a true story.  Think the 101st took over 300% casualties trying to take that hill.
