Unfortunatly it's not.  All it does is read the data off of the HTC stats pages, and then figure out the kill%'s itself.

Pony drivers extraordinaire can be found here.  :)

Nice to see some more dedicated pony drivers.

Oh and to quote Vulcan "You pony drivers are too busy looking at your own reflection in the wings to learn how to fight..."

Hi there.. couldn't help but to comment on this.
I see (hear) the name "dweeb" bantered about, usually used moments after a pilot is shot down, BY the shot-down pilot (the shootee) at the Shooter.  IE: "You vulched me you DWEEB!",,or,, "You're lucky your pals got here you DWEEB!",, or ,, my alltime favorite: "You're using that Dweebs plane,, a ????" (put any name in; Zeke? La7? N1K? P51?,,, WHATEVER~)

The shootee (enroute to terra-firma in a parachute) seems to forget that this is the Main Arena~  IE: No holds barred.  If he finds himself in a "Fair Fight",, then he set it up wrong!  If he/she ends up tangling in a 3 v 1 and/or rundown in his zeke by a P51 while trying to escape w/o ammo,, then who is the DWEEB?  Take your lumps, re-spawn and do it again with a tad more SA (situational awareness) under your belt,, or go back to the Training Arena and request "Check-6" combat by appointment engagements!!

Now (that I'm on a roll, ha!) Lets talk about the DWEEB Plane(s).. Starting w/ the P51.  In my book all planes are like tools.  The right tool for the right job.  Some tools are more universal than others.  IE: For a low, twisting furball over your airbase, take a Zeke or Hurricane up.  For a long-range incursion into Injun Territory, when you're outnumbered 20 v 1 ,, take a P51 or La7.  Stay high, and hen-peck the highest fighters, and/or scream down past helpless escorts to blast bombers..  Watch the PO'd Spits trying to catch you in the rear-view as their buff rains down in splinters! HA!

Who's the DWEEB?  Perhaps the shootee is inferring that it's a little more manly (or STUPID!) to lower your airspeed in the 51, and turnfite him/her down on the deck, directly over their airbase? Then the 51 driver can remove the dreaded Dweeb monicker?  MOOOahahahahahaa.. (some of you get the point, I'm sure).

In closing (finally)..  I personally do not like flying P51's.  However, when I look up and see an nme Mustang high over-head. It ruins my fun instantly. You've gotta' watch that SOB every second, because he/she can zoom-bang ya' in a heart-beat.  They can dictate the terms of engagement, and disengage whenever they damn well please, scott-free!  The only thing that bothers me worse than an nme P51 overhead is TWO P51's OVERHEAD!  Then, the chances of a single lower craft making it, is slim to none.

I'm surprised the Spitfire V has more kills than any model of F4U Corsair, not to mention more kills than any of the German fighters.

A famous WW2 pilot when speaking of the P51 once said "When you have a faster, superior aircraft, you control the fight.  You've already won 50% of the fight before you ever engage"

Went to an airshow this past weekend in Omaha.  All kinds of warbirds there.  Example:

3xP51D
1xP51C
1xP47D-30
1xB17
1xB25
1xC47
1xA6M

I actually got to climb aboard one of the P51Ds and sit in the cockpit.  That was one of the best moments in my life.  I have pictures....3 rolls worth of the birds.

Oh, by the way, I know of 2 dedicated pony squads: the 412th (who I fly with) in rooks...and the 13th TAS (usually flying for Bish).

Any others?
