One way to tell it's dove season

Them suckers are smart :)  I haven't seen one flying below 200yds since opening day.  Brain may be the size of a pea but they know what it means when they start hearing BANG BANG.  Seen a few small ones, that haven't learned yet, flying low.  They know the effective range of a 12 guage and can stay at that alt  AGL.

 Not white doves :)

here's one reason.....

One breast of dove,  one jalapeno, 2 strips of bacon.  Take jalapeno and rest it in the breast bone.  Wrap breast with 2 strips of bacon and put toothpic through to hold in place.  Smoke from 1 to 6 hours, the longer the better.  Do this with 5 or 6 of them, with potatos a-gratin (sp?).   MMMM MMM GOOD!!!

now wait just one minute here!  Dan Quale adds the E and gets all kinds of flack.  Then Murphy Brown comes out 10 years later and says he's right about out of wedlock mothers!

And I was born in Louisiana so I have some frog in me too! So I reserve the right to be arrogant!!! :D
