Try this offline:
Get a Typhoon and set convergence to 650.
Sit on the runway with your zoom set to max.
Squeeze off a few rounds (tracers on) and check to see that the trojectory of ammo hits the center gunsight dot. If it doesn't, use "pageup & pagedown" to center the stream. Use F10 to save the view.
Use a non-permanent felt tip pen to mark your gunsight center dot.
Go chase the drones, as you get under d1000 use "pageup" to move up your view. You'll be looking over the front cowling from a higher vantage point. Use the felt pen dot as your gunsight center.
I find that this helps with high deflection shots. The 20mm Hispano rounds will travel a fairly straight trajectory out to 650.
You can map the "moveup" to your stick in AH stickmapping.
Keep in mind that high lag & variance will spoil the most accurate gunnery.
