Lets be honest here.  Your first post is a whine.  You are asking a rhetorical question about why you as a rook are being gang-banged by Knights and bishits.  Its a subltle whine, but never the less a whine.

If you do not wish to be mocked, then do not set yourself up for it so well.

Players go where the fights are.  There were no fights between Knights and Bish last night, at least none worth note.  On the other hand, there were plenty of quick, fast fights between Knights and Rooks from A17 or the CV.  When I take off, I don't want to fly around for 35 minutes looking for an enemy.  I'm going to go where the numbers are roughly even and the fights are a short distance away.

I wound up having some great fights between discod, Lizard3, and hblair last night.  You were the only one I heard whining about the numbers, country gangbanging, what others were flying, etc.  For me, the fight's the thing.  I already have more perk points than I know what to do with, so why should I care who wins the reset?  I'm out to have fun, and attacking undefended bases just isn't very fun.

three countrys are used to create conflict, any time there are odd numbers the weaker one will always be attacked thats just the way animals work especially political animals such as our selves, so Rooks in this case get jumped. Bish get the perk points, then a short time later a map reset happens and it all starts over. How the numbers work out depends a whole lot on what time your playing AH.

Okay, guess you need a serious answer here and maybe some Netiquette.  Lets see how this started to transgress:

Amon 1st post(Read it)

Rips post(2nd and 3rd)(and afterthought post that gave what Rip thought may have been the answer):

"Simple: Reset (Note to HTC: Need new terrains! ;) )

Amons post (4th and 5th in thread):

So the team with the 2nd most amount of bases wins the reset eh?                        Silly me i thought the team with the most bases won the reset.

We have played this map for less 3 days, we were on baltic for what seemed a month..

Yea we really need a terrain change back to baltic for another month. Good idea knights

NOw, back to your post further down where you say "i didnt get 1 reply into my post with out getting a smart assed 1 liner post"...okay, heres the Netiquette part..Don't be a smart ass, and you won't get smart bellybutton replies...cool how that works huh?  ;)

Ripsnort you get budy-budy telling me theres smiles but then you come back 2 post later being a dick. wtf?
"chill out"

you say dont be a smart bellybutton my self, wont get cocky answers.. Hurmm. Was i a smart bellybutton in my first post then?? must have missed something here.

to me a 2 word reply "simple:reset" is a smart bellybutton answer.

Its a obvious answer, even a non "book" reading idiot like me can figure that one out.

If i knew you maybe i coulda laughed at it, but im not one of your BBS cheerleaders.

Please explain to me on "Simple: Reset" is a smart bellybutton answer.  Thank you.  :D

I'll be home soon Nifty! 2 hour, 30 min.  I'm looking into my crystal ball and I see an enemy with a castle for an icon..I see the future with big raids on their homelands...I see agony, death, resets on the horizon!  ;)

:D  I see me getting home in 2 hours.  I see a female coming over shortly after that bringing some homemade soup.  I then see said female and myself going out to see a movie.      TODs have forced me to go out on Thursday nights!

hehe, guess I'll have to wait for the next round of Rip Missions!

The Mossie one the other day was fun, but you should have RAF birds escorting them Mossies, not those 190 things.   ;)

Catch bases faster than the other country.  If you don't, wait till the gang-bangee is down to two bases then start hitting the reset hungry foe in hopes of stealing back necessary bases before the reset.  You can either stall the reset by helping the vulchee defend (while vulching them... a perk) or you can let them have one or two more bases back just to slow the tide.

Basically... the mob goes in the path of least resistance (stated before...ignored by you).  There is no reasoning other than that.  Strategy is applied real-time and usually without the lack of forethought.

Nothing more to it than that.

But that this were all you espoused.  It was one of several "statements" you made over a brief period.  Granted, it wasn't rampant whining of the sort I've seen before from others, but it was still obvious that your experience there lead you to post in here.

LOL What?  I have a simple philosophy toward playing games such as Aces High.  If it's not fun, I take a break.  If I'm paying $15/month for it, I'm not going to play if it frustrates me or causes me to complain about it on the forums.  What happened last night was that you were in a tight spot for a little while and you let it get to you instead of just taking a break.

As for my handle, I'm not a "cross bearer."  Though I realize the biblical roots of the name Leviathan, my handle actually refers to the work of political philosopher Thomas Hobbes (after whom the comic book character was named).
