I think intimidation of society is likely to be at least part of his motivation even if only for the thrill. We may never know.

Well.
I guess if you think of two yahoos 'terrorizing' a neibrohood as terrorsts. That is not the accepted use of the word terrorist. Terrorists have a polittical agenda.
The ranges these shots were made seem to be much less then people think from that article. Very short shots.
They sound like IRA type guys to me. Not afiliated with that orgination at all, but that kind of campaign of urban terror.

I think these guys or guy will be similar to that wacko at the El Al counter at LAX. Sort of a lonewolf terrorist on his own agenda. Not necessarily affiliated with Al Quiada, but maybe a supporter.
