I don't think that whether you pay for this game, or whether you play it at all, matters on this BBS. You don't need an AH accout to create an account here. I am a H2H player, and am quite satisfied with it, though sometimes I wish I could fly in the main arena and have plenty of victims to choose from.
But for my lack of spare time and my meager financial resources, I would definitely pay for a subscription as I think it is definitely worth it.
As for H2H players being ignored, well, my latest post in 'Aircraft and Vehicles' has 85 replies by now, even though few are flattering :) I definitely don't feel ignored.

mealy mouthed, gay-ray freeloadin maggot-children of retarded losers... umm; fer you slow folks, that would be the H2H hosts that seem to think that killin a plane that ain't reached 35k is 'vulching'... lemme explain a few of the finer points of combat in armed aircraft.

Killing parked planes is vultching. If the props turnin or the wheels are rollin, the guys a target.

Getting a kill on a level playing field is called a Duel. We already have a dueling arena.

A GOOD kill is one in which your adversary had no chance at all. None. Zip. Gettin the best kill in the game should not be a reason for bootin a guy.

If an H2H player is hosting a tennis match, your on the wrong fediddlein server.

FFA's are fun.. carnage is kewl. Nobody ever went to the indy 500 to watch 50 cars go around a 1 mile circle 500 times. They came to see carnage. We come to fly this game for carnage. If your game ain't about carnage, then dammit, get a net and play freakin tennis.

If your a lil Hirohito or Mussolini and yer really into power and lording it over your subject players, then apparently H2H is your game. Please don't be upset if we ignore you. It's ok if your upset if we insult you, after all, thats how we play OUR game.

Andl lastly, we recognize the fact that you mooching freeloading panzies in your tennis shorts are very necessary.. not unlike dirt is necessary. We all gotta walk on something.

Now, begone; you snivilling sons of frenchmen!

The punctuation and capitalization modules on vorticon's browser must have a monthly charge or something.

nod2000...  you could sell the 200mph wheels and tires that you used to make your 168 mph run and have enough for the eye surgery and a years subscription to AH.   You won't be needing them with the 302 motor.  Also.... any trans and rear end that could stand up to 850 hp would be worth 4 or 5 thousand dollars so you could sell them and put in a th 350 and ten bolt rear...  I recon you could scrape up 6-7 thousand by selling those items.

I agree with Saburo
We setup HTH a few times just so we can fly without being interrupted and train.. Why not use the tools that are given to us..

I keep the settings close to MA.
I like the idea of great players from other sims (AW and WB) to be able to fly and practice AH w/out pressure and without getting hassled.
Many former nonsubscribers now subscribe and play MA.
I never boot anyone because they shot me down. I enjoy the challenge of playing against better players.
I will boot players for vulching and vulgarity. No tolerance for them.

PS. There are great players in MA and H2H, IMHO.

4. train them what the really good planes are (that way they dont blow 200 perks or whatever on a me262...not worth it as we of the hth know the 262 is basicly the most pathetic plane ever)

Me262 is a sweet ride, had a few 11 kill runs in it earlier this week.  But then I've always believed it's the pilot and not that plane that makes a plane good.

Oh...and H2H is a Den of 'Tards.

WB HTH was my very first experience in any kind of online arial competition. It was an eye opener that spiked my appetite for more. That was about 6 years ago. I've been paying to play ever since. I think HTH has it's place. There are those that can't afford to pay the $15 and it does give someone a bit of the taste of what can be had by being a full subscriber.

Everyone has an opinion on the sim/game. Though I beleive HTC should cater to their paying customers I certainly see nothing wrong with someone who only flys HTH expressing their opinion.

BTW Hang, the Indy track is 2 miles long :) I do prefer to watch a race, NASCAR, INDY, CART, F1, or any other where there are no accidents and only good close competition.

Animal, I can`t believe YOU said that. Why should hth players not be allowed to post here? Don`t you think that by being a part of this forum they would feel more comfortable with being a part of a "community" and therefore make the transition to being a paying customer?

Just my opinion I guess. Maybe I`ll get a tongue lashing for posting here. I`ve been a lurker until now, afraid to post because of so many pewwrsonal attacks by certain individuals here.

I think you've confused the REAL Animal with the above AH Animal.
