So....we put these great ideas into action and then we get to hear more "When is this map going to end?" whines.

Sounds like a winner.

Honor, loyalty, and cowardice all in one game.

shrecking unbelievable...

It's a game!

It's not a sim!

You don't win anything!

You don't lose anything!

It's my $15 and I'll switch whenever I gawdamn please. (Nevermind that I've switched twice in the last twelve months...)

I do like the idea of making a side switch costing Perks, But not 200 maybe like 10.

Ive flown Rook the whole time I've ever flown in the Main Arena, So it wouldnt effect me any.
There must also be a flyable computer available for Nefarious to do FSO. So he doesn't keep talking about it for eight and a half hours on Friday night!

Shiva & Kanth have similar thoughts & actually sound better to me than my own ideas, & yes it is a game, but in my world there is room for loyalty & honor in games.

I've only switched countrys once..

When I first joined I was bish. But after a week of trying to communicate with people that can't complete a sentence without sharing what's left from what they ate last camping out in their moustaches I switched to Knight...

...have a clean face now because of it.

And I'm just 8 behind Swagger in Perkies !!!! :)

I'm looking at my maiden flight in a 262 in the spring of 03.

People actually swap for a measly 25 perks across the board? I thought it was more to do with being a dweeb and the need to have a tide of friendlies behind you with little or no opposition in front and therefore risk to yourself.

I don't care how many switch sides or how many times they do it. The MA has no rules and no strategy. It's all a constant gang bang vulch fest most of the time.

Until they make the rest of the game more realistic, having side switching regulations is all a mute point.

for the record, I don't switch sides. I've been Rook since 04/12/2001

I suggested that HT reward folks for time in country at the beginning of each camp. The idea being to give people perks at the beginning of each camp based on how long they have been in that country without changing. This would reward folks for staying in the same country and not punish those that want to change.
