I know this is an Aces High board, but considering the amount of ex WB's here I figured someone could help me out.
I have sent 2 emails to IEN and made 3 phone calls where I left messages expressing my desire to close my WB's account and I have not seen any action taken, not even an email back stating what they need exactly to close my account. I have left my phone number, login ID, security code , email, whatever I thought they would need to cancel my account and still no action. I am getting pretty upset since they are wasting my time here. Are they hoping by ignoring me that I will keep my WB's account? You cant even close your account from the account maintenance section of their webpage, just chance your plan. This is pathetic, I never heard of a company not allowing you to cancel your subscription through their website. Someone PLEASE help me get out of WB's land. I have saved the emails, is there any one I can contact officially about their business practices.
