Wings by Cinemaware - not really a sim but the most immersive story I've seen in a game (short by WingCommander IV - damn the vote scene was pure suspense). You remember the scene where the airfield is under attack and one of your buddies get shot while trying to defend it wearing a towel only? What it had like 220 mission... woha!
Well, the digitally remastered version gonna be out soon...
The Three Stooges and Defender of the Crown were flops - but with a little nostalgy I'll fire up Wings again (btw, it runs "fine" on most Amiga emulators...
).
