Suggestion: On 12/7 only allow early-war planes in the MA...

In honor of that anniversary, only allow planes active on 12/7/1941 to fly in the main arena.  Its only one day and it would allow people to try those planes against similar foes without having to deal with the late-war and Perk planes.  Could be a fun day!!
