Not that you have't done enough already, but could you set it up so that when a person who's account is in question needs to be notified, they automatically get a generic message;

"Contact HTC, your account is about to be terminated."

I've had my cc expire once, I got an email in plenty of time.

I've had my charge bounce once due to a billing error, I got an email in plenty of time AND an instant response from HTC saying it was an error.

Theres nothing wrong with HTCs billing system.

Looks to me like that turkey-timer finally popped.

And also, one last question. If my email is false or "bogus" i am curious how i got my account established in the first place? You do get username/password through email correct? Yet.. still no warning about anything.
