tonight #'s way off and planes still cost the same.

is it not in 1.11 and coming in 1.11.1?

The numbers of players in each country is far from balanced, yet the perk prices remain the same.

The "Added a perk balancing system. Both points earned and the cost of perk planes are adjusted based on your countries numbers." does not seem to be doing anything.

I believe it was mentioned earlier that the system isn't enabled yet.
