I'm just going to add that the hats and t-shirts given out at the AH con were of the best quality I have ever seen...And I have a closet full of em from running 10k's and marathons.Didn't know it was your doing, very nice touch it was.

Hope you don't get banned, and hope you HTC cuts you a little slack on your rant.

NUTTZ should get punished. But, not for life. I hope *EVERYONE* hear realizes and remembers what he has done to better this game.

We must also all remember we are human, and often make mistakes about when and how we should speak.

I support HiTech's right to do whatever he feels in regards to NUTTZ. But I also support NUTTZ seeing he is very apologetic and taking everything on the chin.

Speaking from personal experience, absolute top quality is typical of NUTTZ's business work product.

I am a decendant of Mark Twain (no that doesn't pay well), but to start up a Salem witch trial over this drunken post is stupid.

This isn't a witch hunt. Using your drunk analogy... if you get drunk, drive a car, hit a kid walking on the sidewalk... should you be punished because you was just drunk and everyone does it?

This isn't a witch hunt. It's a fact of civilized society

Although I certainly dont know why hitech chose not to even inform NUTTZ about the merchandise opportunity let alone source it through him.  It does, at least on the surface, seem like a pretty damn rotten thing to do ignoring a long time business partner - and yes thats certainly is somebody who sponsors you with product for three years running.  And actually I think this IS something hitech needs to explain to us, because NUTTZ is not just some annonymous business man he is member of our playing community and it seems he had excellent service and quality to all the people at the con who got his shirts and hats and whatever, and again he was a big HTC sponsor and contributor for many years.  If there was a business decision made, I think we should know why.

NUTTZ's insulting and ranting post no doubt did a disservice to his cause, but the dismissive and attacking posts the other way are worse because they show Hitech he can act in any way and make any business decission however seemingly unethical and get away with it unscathed in customer perception. And yes as a business major in college I see skipping over a quality three year businees partner and sponsor for a new contrcat without even informing him him of the opportunity to be unethical. And we as paying custimers deserve a report when something that unusal happends.  HTC can do whatever they want, I'm guessing Hitech and Pyro are the sole owners and they can do whatever they want, but it is a great disservice to their customers if they create this feeling of distrust towards business partners and community members, and this they do by not explaining their actions.

Anyway thats how I feel...

Hitech?

Why do you think thats funny?  Maybe you dont care about how somebody treats their business partners but since I'm a business major and as one studying in that field I must admit I was bit surprised this happend considering NUTTZ was good quality sponsor for three years and they just ignore him when they need a line of merchandise in his field.

Personally I think that sucks and is very unproffesional and unethical conduct, and for those reasons I would like an explanation.

I dont think its funny at all, and your kind of post poking fun at my concern just assures hitech that its ok and that nobody gives a rats ass.

Sorry Grun, I don't agree with you there.

That's personal business stuff and trying to guilt trip Hitech into divulging his business descisons isn't going to make the situation any better.

That being said, I must agree with the multitudes of people who have praised Nuttz's work - having been to the con twice, I've brought home a jacket, 2 t shirts, and 2 hats of the finest quality and have great respect for Grafix One.

At the same time, I don't know what Nuttz has done to deserve 'punishment.' What exactly is that all about? Is the community now judge and jury? From what I can see in the moderator threads, HTC controls everything... so calling for some kind of banishment or whatever for Nuttz is plain ridiculous and is just stoking the fire.

It's up to Hitech to decide to tell us or not, I'm just stating my opinion - and basically with the info that I have my opinion is that hitech made an unethical decision in at least not giving NUTTZ, a long time business partner, an opportunity to bid on the AH merchandise contract.
