Sorry Nuttz, I didn't really post that for you.  I know you understand it.  The loose refference to you being drunk when you posted it was meant for you. ;)

Its more for the people that are coming in even after you admitted it wasn't the right thing to do and saying "but after all Nuttz has done..."

Contributions to this community are given, not sold.  Nobody owes you anything for them, you can only hope that they are apreciated.

Nuttz's map making and con sponsorship do not in any way oblidge HTC to either use his buisness or notify them when they chose not to use his buisness.  That is what makes this post uncalled for.

Damn... if HTC "owed" everyone that contributed something to this game or this community...  The list would be too long to track.

Do it for the love of the game, for the love of the community.  Expect nothing in return.

And looks like you'll never be able to understand that it has nothing to do with being a fanboi hortlund.

Some people just give without expectation.  Others just expect despite not doing anything.

Its odd that you should work so hard to insult the former.  Well... maybe not that odd.

Grunherz:
It's up to Hitech to decide to tell us or not, I'm just stating my opinion - and basically with the info that I have my opinion is that hitech made an unethical decision in at least not giving NUTTZ, a long time business partner, an opportunity to bid on the AH merchandise contract.

If the only info you have is based on this thread, then your opinion is crap.  If you have additional info that we're not privvy to, then you should either post it or not post such ill-informed conclusions.

You people who think that somehow HTC "owes" a volunteer something, need to get some perspective.  It's like saying I donated some money to the Salvation Army and they "owe" me damn it!  You donate your time and money to a variety of causes freely, not based of some reciprocal arrangement or contract.

I wasn't aware NUTTZ had a business deal that was being violated by HTC, but a lot of you act like that's the case.

Just gotta say , Nuttz, I like your attitude. (at least the bits after the apology, the original post was a bit unpollished )
For standing by your words, right or wrong, and being prepared to accept any consequences that may arise.........'copping it on the chin' as it were.
It shows you possess a level of integrety that is sorely lacking in many things in todays world.

If I had a penny

If I had just one penny for everytime I stuck my foot in my mouth I would have more money the Bill Gates.  But somethings in Business can not be over looked.  It's bad for all involved.  I hope that things work out for both parties.  I love this game.
