I need help i cant talk on the game the people hear me the 1st time and after that they cant understand me they say i come in all messed up but the 1st time i come in clear and when i mess with a setting and try to talk i come in clear the 1st time and after that same thing i dont understand what is going on

hardwear acceleration down one for both playback and recording and still does the same thing can anyone help me?
