Won't happen. UGA is to pumped up not to mention that within a 2 week period they lost 1 guy b/c he slept thru a  final, and the other one got in to some trouble at a local mall.  With a UGA win we will more than likely have the best recruiting class in the southeast.  That and a class act coach will mean very good things for the Dawgs in the next few years, I'd even venture to say a Nat'l Championship within the next 3 years.  Bama is in for a world of hurt, still on probation AND a new coach.  Ole Zook will probably not make it thru next season, Fulmer-well cant say much about the Pumpkin, but Tenn. might turn it around.

uhh the AI in that game sucks BAD.
It's funny to see how people get slaughtered because they don't see enemy standing behind their backs slashing 'em with the swords...

IMHO "Haegemonia:Legions of Iron" is much better and so is "Warcraft III".

2001 was such a good year for games that I have not had time for the 2002 games.
Madden 2003 is the best one I have played.

Creamo, the idea and looks of BF1942 were great.. But the coding was not.

I haven't had the chance to test the game in full retail patched version, but the beta sucked HARD, especially in the most important aspect, net coding.

The latest patch fixes all that.

Compared to AOM I find Warcraft III incredibly shallow but fun for the occasional head to head. Battlefield 1942 is stil la dog even after it was patched to v1.2. The net code is a quantum leap over the original release but still not a patch on any of the other FPS games out there. I enjoy America's Army too but for the overall fun factor I found UT 2003 with it's various game types a little more entertaining.

With the 1.4 patch. and the new MODS, it might win again for 2003.

It's THAT GOOD. Buy it, or patch it and try it again.

And don't expect to fly in it and have fun, the planes seem to be included just so the developers could claim they did it all, which they nearly did.

I don't like the online part of it as well as linking 2 or more computers together and going co-op against the AI. Actually, I urge you to try it in this format. It's a blast.

I'm telling you, it's damn near the best game I've ever played. The patches just iced it.

If you get bored or need a strat boost, there is alot it provides, like this.

Creamo,

Have you played WWIIOL?

If so, would you consider BF1942's ground war more fun and entertaining than WWIIOL?

Note:  This is not to start a flame fest pertaining to WWIIOL.  This is an honest question since I might buy BF 1942.
