anybody know where i can find some of these flags/banners?(red with white type) "REMOVE BEFORE FLIGHT"

not a reproduction, i'm looking for one from the military if possible.


oh, and what are they officialy called?

They're called 'remove before flight' banners :)
You should be able to pick them up in your local pilot supply shop.

I have one hanging from the glove compartment of my 1980 Corvette (came from an Army National Guard AH-1 Cobra unit). I love it, but I have had it since 1993 and the sun has bleached all the red out :(

Always heard 'em refered to simply as the "pins" they were attached to. As in pull the "pins".
Here we put salt on Margaritas, not sidewalks.
