If you can't make it in winter, since it's more expensive.

You can come out during spring/summer and do some of this...
(temptation)  it's much less expensive in summer.

it'll be here before you know it

yeah, but I live about 6 miles from trails just like that!  The thing about skiing here or there is we have "Mashed Potato's" snow (wet) and you have POWDER! :)

Damn, lift service?  Never checked into that around our ski areas...I used to go out (BC, before children) to an area known "Victor Falls"..trails not as nicely groomed as yours, however if you didn't come home muddy and bloody, you weren't riding hard enough. :)

Oh,and Real Men don't have shocks on their mountain bikes (I'm proof of it, my wrists are shot to hell!)

lol Rip.. guess I'm getting old !
my riding buddy has NO shocks.. front or rear.
of course he's done after about 2 hours .. I'm there all day
or at least until I can barely drag my butt home.

btw Ripsnort.  lift service is a kick in the butt...
you get tons of rides downhill in.
we do uphills on a different area but for just plain haulin'A downhill.. it's the toejam
