Does this mean I shouldn't get DirecTV until after the flip?

Does this mean we'll have to read our maps upside down?
Here we put salt on Margaritas, not sidewalks.

Well what about video screens then, will they have to scan right to left, bottom to top?

Just did a bit of research on this phenomenon. Best I can tell is that the "flip" occurs over a period of about a thousand years. Not likely to significantly affect those living today but could be a real pain for generations to come.

This is serious. If the poles flip over we'll all fall off.

Nah, we'll just have to move all the Northern hemisphereans to the South hemisphere and the South to the north. Hope the planes and ships moving them don't get lost in the Bermuda triangle that will increase in size a thousand fold due to this phenomenon.

I'd say about 90% of what this flip will cause is unknown... only guesstimations...

When it happens (and apparently we're coming up on it), large amounts of radiation may cause us to go the way of the dinosaurs...

We're either screwed, or won't be much affected by this.

Good thing I just bought a 30 pack of beer.  You know that will disappear from the stores as soon as the mass panic starts.  Now, off I go to get some Pringles, crackers, cheese in a can, and some frozen pizzas.
