You were both scissoring pretty hard and I've seen the smoothing between positional updates make for some pretty strange flopping when planes are scissoring that hard at that speed.  From my seat it looked like you were almost colliding on some of the cut-backs.  Likely that contributed to the issue.

Ok enof people have mentioned it, im conviced there is somthing strange going on with planes blinking out.

Don't have a clue what could be causing it, so if some one mentions you just blinked out, thy to figure out if you just did somthing. Like started film recorder, launched a weapon, lowered gear, just took a hit, just sent voice message, what ever.

i have seen the effect they speak of .

i have a very very clean link to yall in dallas , im in beaumont.on swbell dsl.

it seemed to me it was somhow distance related.

like the game switches positional update speed related to distance ( i dont know this to be true just guessing) at some point( distance)  the system burps and plane goes by by , i saw it happening alot to different fellows nither of wich do i think was cheating. and i hesitate not to call it when i see it as you well know ( im towd ) both had poor acm and the effects of high lag/bad connec (hard to describe but you can see them after a while people appear to fly different with extreemly high lag)

it seemed like it always happend between d900 and d 299 or so cross that line and poof 5 or 6 sec of vanishing followed buy a reappearance. im betting its a effect of a terrible connec just to bad to use for these purposes.

The only thing I could have done in my 190f8 in the above situation was toggling the engine off with key command.
