Time for me to leave AH for an undefined period of time, due to family reasons.

I just want to say that I enjoyed 99% of my time online and that I don't regret any cent I paid for it. Although small, the HTC makes wonders both in development and customer care.
to all of you.

The game wouldn't be half as interesting without the players, and I also want to thank the community as a whole. However, I had some memorable encounters or discussions with some players that I would like to point out:

to:

- my squad of course
- Saw, another belgian AH nerd...
- Wilbus (although he shot me down a bit too much for my liking...)
- MarkAT, a real class-act
- Kronos, same as above
- Frenchy, who can't type french anymore
- Bluedog, another 109 freak

and also (for the heated discussions on this BBS - no irony included):

- Lazs, Lazs1 and Lazs2 (who is better at shooting down furballers than at remembering his own passwords...)
- Toad

Too bad I never met you guys online...maybe when I come back.

Thanks for the support. Family is fine, but they need attention for the next 18-24 months, and we will have to be a bit more careful about money.

Toad, even if we didn't agree on some gameplay or realism set ups, I always respected your RL knowledge and experience. You are one of the cornerstones of this community. I am looking forward to seeing you when I come back.

And we don't have to agree on gameplay and realism... we just have to play and have a good time. I think most of us accomplish that, eh?

Thanks a lot for the offer, JB, but the money is much less a problem than the lack of time...Don't worry, I'll survive the deprivation

OTOH, if you want to spend a few hours a week taking care of the children, fixing the house, gardening, washing the car....I might reconsider it
