and remember the customer is always right even when there wrong there right because the customer knows what they want and can take there dollars elsewhere if they dont get it
The customer that believes this is never happy, the customer is not always right and should remember that while that customer may leave there are another three to take his place. None of us a irreplaceable, it's sad to see players leave but that's a fact of online life.
I think htc needs to take some lessons in customer service
He's doing what he has to do to clear up the forums to make them a pleasant place to hang out. Just as much as you can't stand the "namby pamby fan boi types over at htc forums" I can't stand those that go out of their way to be offensive and stir up trouble for no reason. I've started to read these forums much more since the shakeup and it could'nt have come soon enough.
