It's not only on DVD, but it's in Wally World (Wal-Mart) in the DVD bargan bin for $7.98.

Maybe it's just that I could not stand the repainted shermans posing as german hardware.

I noticed some of the things that Band of Brothers "borrowed" from the movie.  It was very different with how it aproached the war.  The scene at the end with Mark Hamill firing into the oven at the German and Lee Marvin handing him another clip was one of the best I've seen.

Other than that... I give it a 6.

If it has Mark Hamill in it and it's not Star Wars, it instantly gets a rating of 3 out of 10 and can go down (but not up) depending on content.  However, if it also has the Lee Marvin, he offsets and cancels out the Mark Hamill rating and means it must be at least a 7.  I'm gonna have to rent this one!

I saw this when I was about 13 and thought it was great back then.  This is the WW2 movie I suggestted in the ww2 movie thread last week.

 Think I'll go to wally world and get it, thanks for the heads up Creamtard....
