ey nuttzz.. how are you overcomming FR problems with lots of clutter?

those trees look cool. also your tiles are always awesome.

can you get a look at pangia and make some suggestions?

its avail @ most-wanted.org. in the downloads section. File name is nat.res.

I opened it up H2h and frame rates from everyone that joined said they were getting good to great frame rates. I believe the Sheep clutter is a major culprit of the frame rate hits down low. I think because sheep and the little rocks, snowmen etc, are 3d objects and the trees are 2 very small bitmaps. The tree clutter i used is GC019 a default clutter i just changed the .BMP.

I'll DL pangia and check it out.

I belive sheep cause the biggest FR hit is because they have quite alot of polygons, I'd count them, but i don't wanna.

Your right, trees are just simple 2 double sided polygons in a cross style

If the rocket smoke used to be a small cross like the trees, would it be possible for HiTech to make the trees use the new pixel type of art?

Ain't the new graphics just a flat polygon with an alpha channel?
