I agree with Shane about the 1st line bases they seema  bit far off.  And some bases 17.5 VH base??????  I only got to spend about an hour on it but I like the change.

shane is correct.   the map has no good gameplay for a lot of the guys who like air combat.   It is a late war gangbang map with less action than the pizza and.... less real ac choice.   LA7 will be more comon on this map than the c hog ever was before it was perked.

Jury's gonna be out for a while as it gets broken in, but I think this map will grow on people. I know I spent the first few hours thinking it was a horror. As I found fights however, I noticed they were bigger, fast paced, and seemed to have more of a purpose and direction than I have seen of late. People were gravitating to a few bases creating big, constant battles and not spread uselessly all over the map. Air fighting was sharp and ranged from 30+ down to the deck.

This is not a map newbies will fare well on. I think veterans will have a decided advantage here.

Also, we finally have a map that the TA152 can be used on intelligently and effectively.

For what my meaningless opinion is worth...... S>

Only spent a little time on the map so far, but found it's quite good. Nice job NB! I did have to ditch on the side of a 25k mountain while looking for a break in it to rtb. Funny as hell. Seems Typhoons can't clear those well, but other than that I had a wonderful time.

The whines emanate from the same faces incessantly. Its not the map.

The first thing that I discovered about the map is that it requires in fact INSPIRES teamwork. If you aren’t a team player you are most likely going to dislike the map. Fights are not hard to find in fact the are easy to start and they just build and build. Then a few things became even more apparent. First you have to spend time educating your team as to things like wind. I was on the radio warning about dropping troops at vehicle fields above 14k just to see someone drop them anyway and then I watched the troops float three sectors away. LAND the goon! The center loop/circle of vehicle fields is an inspiration but it just drains people away from team effort. We could lose that easily or better yet give them an important target to fight over. The city that anyone can destroy yet only destroys your stats is not well conceived. Trinity takes time to defeat. Aside from vehicle fields there are few fast captures so the anti-milkrunners should be happy but I bet they whine anyway because they always do (that’s why their whiners – moo!). I love watching shots from my tiger at 16k go flying sideways down range. I even more liked watching the enemies do the same thing.

EXCELLENT JOB on this map! Those textures are fantastic!

This really is a challenging map. I'm really enjoying learning it's ins and outs.

Thanks for all the hard work and for a good effort NB.

I've got a couple of gripes. Firstly, it's difficult to read the field IDs on the map; secondly the map gives little idea of the terrain height.

Just sent in a new radar map. It should correct the problems that you have pointed out.
