Looks like a T-28, a relatively limited example of the 'land battleship' design theory. The T-35 is a better example:
The T-35 carried a 76.2mm gun in the main turret, a 45mm gun in each of the forward/right and rear/left turrets, a 7.62mm machine gun in each of the forward/left and rear/right turrets, coaxial 7.62mm machine guns in the three cannon-armed turrets, and provision for a 7.62mm machine gun mount on the turret deck.
