For a while.

I'm going thru the worse flying crisis since I came to AH. My SA sucks, my skills feel like gone to hell and my K/D has gone under the abyss (I even dont dare to look at it). I think that even in my first days I did better flying than what I'm doing lately. Even when the 1.04 FM was released (wich was for me the worse moment since I came to AH) I did better flying than now.

I die all day long, no matter what I do. I got hit in impossible angles, I lose advantage because stupid moves, I get greedy when I used to stay with cool head, I lose won fights, and overall, you could say I'll die at the hands of the dweebest pilot in AH.

It was bad until today, but today I've diead five times in a row for no kills. Too much for my liver.

So I'm taking a leave. Out of AH. I wont close my account. Maybe I'll drop by to fly a couple sorties...in the first plane wich crosses my mind. But I doubt it.

Dunno if it is burnout or what, but I feel like toejam. I'm not longer confident in a Co-E one on one fight, so go figure in what used to be my favorite diversion, to bring down enemy cons with more E to kill them in my lone A5. Now I die in their first bounce

Well, moving away. When I feel like NEEDING to fly I'll be back. In Jg54, of course

R4M.. It's the LW iron you fly. We American allied oppurtunists have developed magnetic bullets. They are like homing missles to iron

Hey, everyone slumps. Just the nature of things. Yesterday I was at 0.72 for K/D, one day of good flying and up around 1.72 now. Hopefully I stick to the kill streak, but you never know.

Kinda feeling the same way Ram... I'm just handling it a tad differently.

This tour I'm cutting way back on my sorties... and I've decided to do it by only flying perk planes... about 5-10 sorties a week. All in the Tempest until the points run out.

So far, its been a blast. I'm just keeping it tempered.

Sometimes its good to take a break... and sometimes its good to try to find ways to make the game more fun for yourself.

Times like that is when you take up a c202 and fight with it for a day or two. You know its ok to get shot down in it, but oh, the sweet reward of plinking someone down is quite uplifting

He's just using that as an excuse to hide his REAL reason--

Now that the LW has the D-9, AND the C-hog is perked, R4M ran out of things to complain about and hence no longer has a reason to play AH.

Ram hope ya return soon, i can sympathise and just maybe its been a connect issue fron Europe because in 1 night my K/D went from 2.7 to less than 1 all i did was die all night no matter what i tried.
Damn i had real trouble getting to sleep that night

Anyway tonight things seem much better, I hope if you try you find the same.

It happens RAM.

I lose confidence in my skills once every two weeks or so. Normally it continues for a day or two, but it was a week when I could not get it back, and it was a really frustrating expirience.

It always returns though, earlier or later.

R4M, I was close to quit just week a go for very same reason you have. Then I thought, what the heck and took captured P-38 for ride and boy I found joy of flying again! I've always flown LW iron in different sims and simply got fed-up with 109 & 190.IMO, everyone, who think he sux, should calm down and take off with planes, that never flown before, I did and now I'm pretty happy with that

If you prefer me to call everyone an fu**in ar$e and log instead of taking one free week after saluting the one who killed me (as I did yesterday), then just say it so, and next time I log off the arena pissed off, I will say in open channel :"Paintmaw you are a Fu**in ar$e" before logging off. Maybe that way I'll feel better.

In any case,and FYI, this message is not a whine about anything (xcept my damned flying skills maybe

), but a "later" for those who care and maybe ask themselves why I'm not online for some time (one or two weeks). If you dont damned care, in the first term why do you take the work to post here?.

Its not an option. I chose to restrict myself to LW rides, and I'm in a squad with that rule. I wont break it...plus, I am sure that it isnt that I am in just one type of plane. I can go up on a La7 or a Niki that I will die too. Problem is that I do stupid things all the time. Maybe because I'm a bit burned out. So I will take a break and come again when I really need to fly...wich,by my own experience I know will be soon

AKdejavu, not a choice either

I currently have 20 fighter perkies...as I came again with 1.06 and D9, I had 0 perkies from the start and as I only fly some 1-2 hours a day, it takes some days before having 50 again. All my rides have been in Ta152s (xcept one in Tempest to try it out). but now I have not perkies to spare.

Saw: Last time I checked my duty was to show the HQ to the chicks, while you were scrubbing the latrines. I will let the HQ tour for Glasses until I came back. You can continue with the latrines
