As good as the software is, the best thing about this sim is the people. Both at HTC and the community. With some notable exceptions

Bah. Gimme a A-26, P-38, or P-40 and I could kill anything  

Only plane I ever had trouble with were FW's. 1 pinger kills and all  

F4U was nice till it got porked. I outzoomed RM once with the Vader. First time I seen him explode verbally

Ahhh...such a sight to see.  He and DD (DeadDuck  I believe) were winging in FR Pac around Wantuck when they ran into my slightly higher F6.  Proceeded to (luckily) shoot them booth down at which point they both went into the AW Vet Rant.  Was a great moment as I proceeded to hunt RM unmercilessly the next week.  

Jeez...hes was a great pilot but man did he hate losing.

Welcome Coolnight.....good to have another AW convert in Aces.  Was an ole AWDOS user (pilot number 2279....any ole dos'ers remember those days??....hehehe)back when we had to use GEnie to play.  Flew FR PAC in AW3 as RAS (short for RascaL because the guy with that handle wouldn't duel for the rights to use it  :-(((  ).

Anyway.....good to have you on board, good luck and good hunting

welcome aboard!  another fugitive from aW here.  You'll find AH a very rewarding and fun experience.  Nice community, very good FM and graphics. but original ammo loads, don't waste it <G>
