SP1 porked your system..

There's a fix available at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;815411

I havent tested it so no guarantees there.

Hmmm......Ok here but thanks for the tip!!

XP-Pro, freakin flies!  I have been trying to "break it" for a year and a half.  No luck still rock solid :)
