You forgot Bf109G6/G10 with 1x30mm, 2x20mm and 2x13mm - this gives it a score of 2.95

Yeah, but the tempests hizookas have a higher muzzle velocity and rate of fire.

They have a higher rate of fire but lower muzzle velocity due to a shorter barrel. The Tempest's Mk V's were all inside the wing, whereas the Mk II's had the barrel protruding from the wing leading edge.
